You may appeal a final decision of the Trial court. The appeal should be to the Seminole Appellate Court. Please consult the Seminole Tribal Court’s Rule of Appellate Procedure 4(a)(1)(A) for the time limits.
To file an appeal, you must file a Notice of Appeal with the clerk of this Court.
